Because a lot of our parties fill to capacity it is highly recommended that you RSVP as soon as you are able to insure that you can get in.  This will also help avoid problems or any inconvenience to those that drive from far distances.  To RSVP just e-mail or call Chip or Robin on the phone with your "first names" and the "date of the party" you would like to attend.  I will then add you to the VIP list at the front door. All parties start at 8:00pm.  Nightly membership is $20 per couple.

HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
If you need to reserve a hotel room for the night of one of the parties please book as soon as possible.  There are a limited number of rooms available and they fill up very fast.  When booking your room please tell the front desk that you are with the Emerald Coast Social group and they will give the group rate discount.
